महाराष्ट्रातील कोणत्याही आरटीओच्या अधिकारक्षेत्रात वाहनाची नोंदणी काहीही असो, महाराष्ट्रातील कोणत्याही ठिकाणी जिथे सध्या वाहन ठेवले आहे तिथे संलग्नता करता येते.    |    Irrespective of the registration of the vehicle in the jurisdiction of any RTO in Maharashtra, the affiliation can be done at any place in Maharashtra where the vehicle is currently kept.
